Do I need to change the software I already use? +
Almost never. We connect the tools you already have — your phone system, your inbox, your accounting software, your website — and make them talk to each other. If something truly needs replacing, we'll tell you why in the audit before any build starts.
What happens when an automation breaks? +
Every automation we ship is monitored 24/7. When something errors, we usually know before you do — a fix task is raised automatically, and our public status page shows the health of everything we run. Silent failures are the thing we engineered this company around preventing.
Will the chatbot say something wrong to my customers? +
It answers only from business information you approve — it doesn't invent prices or policies. When it isn't confident, it says so and hands the conversation to a human. And before launch it must score 90%+ on a 20-question exam about your business.
Is my data used to train AI models? +
No. Your business data grounds your automations and your bot — it is not used to train third-party AI models, and it stays yours. We'll put that in writing.
Are the marketing automations legal in Canada? +
Yes — compliance is built in, not bolted on. Every message our systems send is CASL-checked in software: consent recorded, sender identified, unsubscribe honoured. If a message doesn't have a legal basis, the system refuses to send it.
Who owns what you build? +
You do. The workflows, the data, the accounts — all set up in your name. If we part ways, everything keeps working and you keep everything. Our retainer earns its renewal every month or doesn't deserve it.
Isn't this expensive compared to just hiring someone? +
Different tools for different jobs. A person brings judgment; a system brings tirelessness — it answers the 2am enquiry, never calls in sick, and doesn't take the process with it when it leaves. We recommend starting with the audit precisely so the decision is made on your own numbers, not our pitch. If hiring is genuinely your better move, the audit will say so.
We tried Zapier once and it flopped. Why would this be different? +
The tool was probably fine — the setup had no owner. DIY automations usually die of silent failure: something breaks, nothing alerts anyone, and trust evaporates. Everything we ship has error monitoring wired in from day one, an agreed acceptance test, and a human on the hook for it. That's the difference between a weekend project and a system.
Are we locked in? What if we want to leave? +
You can leave any time, and everything keeps working after you do — the workflows, data, and accounts are in your name from day one. No proprietary platform, no hostage data, no exit fee. We'd rather earn the retainer monthly than trap you into it.
What are the ongoing AI fees? +
For our chatbots: none per message. They're keyless by design, so there's no metered AI bill quietly growing with your traffic — a busy month costs you the same as a quiet one. If you want us maintaining and improving the bot, care plans start at $300/mo, but that's optional and cancellable.
